When I met Jordon I was at a very low point in my life. I lacked confidence and was not feeling good about myself. I decided to try something different and signed up to run a 5km race. I had never run before. Working with Jordon was amazing. His positive approach, patience and faith in me changed my life. With each session I gained confidence and when race day came he was right there with me. Since starting with Jordon I’m down 38 pounds. I’m now much more willing to step out of my comfort zone and try new things.
After having 3 children, I was desperate to get back to my pre-baby body. I gained weight during each of my pregnancies and never fully lost it. Going to the gym was intimidating as I didn’t know what exercises to do or even where to begin. I decided getting a Personal Trainer was the way to go. A friend of mine highly recommended Jordon as she had been training with him for a number of months and was getting amazing results.

I met with Jordon to discuss an action plan and was so impressed by the level of professionalism and knowledge. His approach focuses on getting your body to move the way it is supposed to. I didn’t know anything about mobility and can’t believe the difference it has made.

Like many people, my main goal was to lose weight. I’m 55 and losing weight isn’t as easy as it used to be. Jordon helped me change the way I approached food. Eating like a human rather than starving myself helped me meet my weight loss goals. The workouts weren’t easy but were well worth it. I feel great and what’s even better is that I have kept the weight off.

I have had back issues most of my adult life. I always thought lifting weights would make it worse so I stayed away from the gym. Jordon taught me the importance of mobility and how it gets you where you need to be to lift weights properly. My constant pain has disappeared and I’m still continuing to get stronger. He is very encouraging and is with you every step of the way.
I thought working out would be boring. I’ve never liked counting reps and sets and all that. I now understand why I’m doing what a human should do. Moving like a human, as Jordon puts it, kept me interested and made training fun.
